Be it a student, be it a lawyer or high end professional engineer…there is always something to write. I dream. We all dream. I dream a new place painted with different hues. Hues never seen or identified before. I imagine beautiful sculptures carved on rivers, the dewdrops dancing and bringing in a new morning. I dream swallowing the sun and soaking in its radiance to the fullest, flowers twirling and spreading its fragrance in the air, I imagine my beloved, her face…so pure and beautiful, the perfect curve and lines elevating me to a different world….

I do dream, and when I am lost into the this matrix world of mine I put them to paper, unwilling to part from them. Believing that someday it will come true or maybe it already exists and one day it will reveal its presence.

But lost that I am, I keep losing my scraps of paper that I always keep with me while I am traveling imagining a new life.

That’s when another friend (a dreamer like meJ) suggested me to use a Pocket Note Taker. Yeah for the first time I heard, I was like what the hell is it?…Now I know, its made for all those people who dream and truly believe that one day their dream will come true, for those who burn the midnight lamp to realize their dream into paper into a reality. I started using this device and painted my imagination… not bothering about anything else. It’s been so easy…it records everything with a mirror like quality it stores everything safely…and most of all it bears with my absent mindedness!

After a month or so I showed my dreams ( my drawings) to a renowned artist, and believe me I have never seen a happier face than his.

“Yes, life is never boring as an attorney. People in all walks of life need us. People especially need us during a time of crisis.An attorney needs to be well-versed in the law, and very sensitive to the vulnerabilities of the client. It’s a challenging profession, one that I really love.

But often there are these side track problems that creep up and trouble you. For instance my day starts by writing the agenda for ‘today’s work to do’ in my pocket diary which is like my lifeline. Further thinking of it, I am nothing without as it contains all my important client numbers and other critical data relating to work. Just the thought of losing that diary is a nightmare.

It is like a mini feed. My profession demands me to meet various kinds of people, clients throughout the day. I keep dumping chunks of important information into my diary and at the end of each day, when I am exhausted and all I can think of is my bed I sit at my laptop and type in all the info. I am compelled to do this as I have gone through the experience of misplacing/losing my diary leading to consequences I don’t want to think of it again.

It was until then I came across a new gadget call the Pocket Note Taker.

I was totally awed to see it in action when I first saw one of my colleagues using it.Oblivious of its working I asked her how it worked. She had what is called a receiving unit which she simply attached it like a paper clip atop her diary page and with the so called digital pen which used normal ink refill she started writing in her diary. Then she just plugged in the receiving unit into her laptop and lo! all the contents of that page were on the screen already converted into text form without typing them!

I tested it for myself. It was simply incredible as I realized I could use it for my drawings too. Most of all I could also use it as a mouse once connected to my laptop. I just fell in love with the gadget.

I was totally amazed to see its capture quality. (as you can see above). The best part is it doesn’t require any special paper to write on. It writes smoothly on any ordinary paper.

I have come across an incident that changed a fruit distributor’s business communication management system. The Delhi based fruits vendor Kamal Nahate could change his communication and mail management process by opting for a digital note taker.

Kums Nahate, 52, is into fruits business. He procures fruits from Nagpur and redistributes it from Delhi’s Azadpur Mandi to different locations in India and Gulf countries. He operates from a shop from first floor of fruits market in Azadpur with a thin staffs. His staffs were mostly busy with accounting and logistics. Nahate, who also manages his business correspondence, was facing problem in handling emails.

Most of times, he spends time till late night for drafting his letters and mailing it to different parties. It was really time killing. “One day I saw one of my distributors using a small device while drafting an agreement related to our fruits distribution term and conditions. He then captured all his hand writing into a word file on his laptop in front of me. I liked the way he was doing and followed it for mails. I also wrote a letter and convert my hand writing into text on his laptop.  It all happened smoothly.  Later, I copied these texts and send a mail to my distributor.  I have been using a digital pen since then. I have saved time. Now business communication has turned easier for me.”, Nahate explains. Nahate has been a happy user of digital pen for long time.
